Where do you ship from?

Orders ship from China. Tell us your country and postcode so we can confirm whether we deliver there, the cost and estimated delivery time.

How do I order?

Choose a style and open a WhatsApp enquiry. We will confirm the item, price, payment arrangements and delivery details with you before you decide to order. There is no online checkout.

Are all styles suitable for snow?

No. Warm-lined footwear is not automatically waterproof or suitable for ice. Ask about the exact model’s materials and intended use before choosing it for wet or snowy conditions.

How do returns work?
