Choosing a shoe colour and size for your enquiry
Compare shoe-only galleries, identify the exact colour reference and send your usual size and fit questions before requesting a quote.
Choose the model before the colour
Start with the individual shoe page and compare the silhouette, sole and closure in the gallery. Similar brown or neutral tones can appear across different models. Record the model name and link so your enquiry identifies the shoe shape as well as the colour.
Use the colour reference and multiple views
Look at more than one product photograph and include the pictured colour name or reference in your message. Screen settings and lighting can change the appearance of a colour. Ask for current photos of the exact colour you want instead of assuming every photographed colour is available in your size.
Discuss fit with useful measurements
Send your usual size, the sizing system you use and any fit concern. If you provide foot length, explain how it was measured and ask how it compares with the selected shoe. Do not infer internal fit from the outsole photograph or treat a size selector as proof of stock.
Confirm the supplied shoe and quote
Ask the seller to confirm the exact model, colour and size, current photos and materials before payment. Request item and destination-specific shipping charges separately. Varello is an independent store, not the official UGG website; model names and images should not be treated as evidence of official affiliation.
Three measurements with different meanings
A measurement is useful only when both sides know what was measured. When sending a size question, include the unit and method instead of a bare number.

| Measurement | What it describes | How to use it in an enquiry |
|---|---|---|
| Foot length | Heel to longest toe, measured by a stated method | Ask how the selected model’s size information relates to that figure. |
| Internal length | A measurement inside the shoe or of a removable insole | Ask which method was used; do not call it foot length. |
| Outsole length | The outside bottom of the shoe | Use it to identify the measurement, not as a direct fit conversion. |
| Labelled size | The size and stated system, such as EU or UK | Keep the sizing system beside the number. |
A model-and-colour enquiry that keeps size clear
Copy this format and replace the fields with your own details. No conversion or fit guarantee is implied by the example. If your two feet measure differently, record both measurements and ask how the seller recommends comparing them with the chosen model.
Model/product URL: __ Colour name or photo reference: __ Usual size: __ | Sizing system: __ Measured foot length: left __ cm; right __ cm | Method: __ Fit preference or concern: __ Please confirm the model-colour-size combination and explain the size measurements used.
Save the selected colour photo with the product URL. If a different colour is proposed, review it as a separate choice rather than carrying over a screenshot from another model. Keep the selected combination in the written quote.

Common questions
Does a displayed colour mean every size is in stock?
No. Confirm the colour and size combination directly with the seller.
Can I confirm authenticity from a model name alone?
No. Ask about the actual supplied product and any claims concerning its origin.
More questions about your selection
Is a UK size number interchangeable with the same EU number?
No. Always identify the sizing system and compare the information for the selected model rather than matching the number alone.
Can the outsole length tell me exactly which size to choose?
It measures the outside of the shoe, not the space available to your foot. Ask for model-specific sizing guidance and clearly label any measurements you provide.
Ask about your selection
Send the product links, sizes and quantities to confirm current photos, availability and a quote for your destination.
